How to Request an Exchange or Return

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

  • Item Condition: The watch must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all seals intact, original packaging, and all included accessories, manuals, and certificates.

  • Identification: Include the return protocol (provided by email upon your request) and sender’s information inside the package.

  • Information Required: When contacting us, please include your order number, date of purchase, full name, and reason for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless covered by the exceptions below.

  • Exceptions:

    • For defective items reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, Anaricstore covers all shipping costs.

    • If an incorrect item (wrong model) was delivered, we also cover the return shipping.

Specific Situations

  • Damaged Packaging or Product: If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery. If not possible, notify us within 48 hours.

  • Incorrect Product: If the received item differs from your order, please refuse delivery or notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Policy

  • Deadline: You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • How to Proceed: Email contact@anaricstore.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Once received and approved by our Quality Control team, your refund will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method — with no additional fees.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Coverage: All watches include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

  • How to Claim: For defects reported within 30 days, email us with your full name, order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. If confirmed by our team, the refund will be issued and Anaricstore will cover return shipping.

Important Notes

  • Failure to meet the outlined conditions, deadlines, or procedures may result in denial of the return or exchange request.

  • Watches showing signs of use or not in resale condition will not be accepted.
