Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
· - General Requirements: The watch must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all seals intact, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and certificates.
· - Return Identification: Please include the return protocol (provided via email upon initiating the request) and the sender’s details within the package to facilitate identification.
· - Procedure: When contacting us, please provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and relevant details regarding the exchange or return. Our customer service team will supply detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Costs
· - Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returns due to dissatisfaction are the responsibility of the customer, except in the cases outlined below.
· - Exceptions:
· - For defective watches reported within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, Anaricstore will bear all shipping costs.
· - In cases where an incorrect item has been delivered (e.g., wrong model), Anaricstore will bear all shipping costs.
Specific Situations
· - Product or Packaging Damage: If the packaging appears tampered with or the watch is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery. If refusal is not possible, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
· - Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product received differs from the product ordered, please refuse delivery. If the product has been accepted, please notify us within 48 hours.
Return Policy
· - Deadline: You have up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
· - Process: Please send an email to contact@anaricstore.com, providing your full name, order number, and reason for the return. Once the product has been received and assessed by our Quality Control team, a refund will be processed within thirty (30) days via the original payment method. No additional fees will apply for the refund.
Product Warranty
- Standard Warranty: Anaricstore offers a one (1) year warranty for manufacturing defects on watches, starting from the date of purchase. Details regarding warranty activation will be provided upon contact.
- Returns Due to Defects: Defective watches may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. To initiate the process, please email contact@anaricstore.com with your full name, order number, and a description of the defect (including photographs or videos where possible). After analysis by our Quality Control team, if the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed according to our refund policy. Shipping costs for returns of defective items will be covered by Anaricstore.
Important Information
- Failure to comply with the conditions, deadlines, and procedures outlined in this policy may result in the refusal of the return or exchange request.
- Watches that show signs of use or are not fit for resale will not be accepted for return or exchange.
